Sales Manager - Alpine Brands: Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca

The Sales Manager will lead the specialty wholesale sales for Salewa, Dynafit, and Pomoca brands in the US and Canada, executing the wholesale sales strategy, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving growth. This position will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall North American business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Five years of wholesale sales leadership experience, preferably in the ski or outdoor industry
• Practical working knowledge of trade marketing
• Demonstrated people management experience
• Ability to work in teams within an international environment in a complex matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in data-driven decision making
