Join Ocado Group's new Global Shared Service Centre in Sofia as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. You'll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, learn financial systems, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Raising customer invoices in different currencies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict timelines
- Raising and dispatching credit notes, while collaborating closely with internal departments to investigate and resolve billing queries
- Allocating incoming cash and cheques to the correct accounts, and proactively resolving any discrepancies
- Supporting the cash collection process by engaging with customers to ensure timely payments
- Dispatching monthly customer statements and dunning letters
- Producing management information such as KPI’s
- Serving as a point of contact for both external and internal customers, resolving queries with a service-oriented mindset
- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
