Partner Success Managers support multiple operational issues that our retail Partners face and drive performance improvement with strong ownership and partnership. The role involves leading successful deployments and operational go lives for OSP features, ensuring Partners are prepared and ready.
Requirements
- Native speaker level of Korean language fluency in both written and verbal communications
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience in ecommerce logistic operations in the fields of warehouse operations and/or last mile operations
- Experience in supporting clients, ideally within a technology solutions or operational environment
- Experience of working cross-functionally both internally and externally to drive partnerships or projects
- Full current driving licence
