As a Telemarketing Executive at OCBC, you'll work remotely in a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions. This role requires proactive, resilient, and results-driven individuals with excellent communication skills.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services - Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions - Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention - Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies
We're looking for individuals with a degree or diploma in a relevant field, at least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. You'll have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and be able to work independently in a remote setting.
