Role Overview

As a Telemarketing Executive at OCBC, you'll work remotely in a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions. What You Will Do

- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services - Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions - Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention - Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies
