Job Description
We are seeking an established Nuclear Safety Principal Consultant with experience of leading the development of safety cases for civil nuclear and / or naval nuclear applications. The successful candidate will help shape a growing company.
Requirements
- Developing nuclear safety justification strategies
- Undertaking detailed hazard and risk analyses
- Deriving, and demonstrating compliance with, nuclear safety requirements
- Developing safety cases and risk management plans
- Performing independent safety assurance reviews
- Leading periodic safety reviews of systems / facilities
- Liaising with Regulators as necessary
- Collaboration with clients and partner organisations
