Manage hotel inventory and maintain efficient front office operation. Ensure guest satisfaction, facilitate communication, and resolve complaints. Assist with training and develop new team members.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency
• Customer service experience
• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
