Job Description
Ocean Spray is hiring a Plant Director to oversee all plant operations, analyze performance indicators, and lead a team to maximize resources and achieve customer satisfaction and economic goals. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in manufacturing operations and knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
- At least 5 Years of Experience
- BS/BA in business administration, industrial engineering or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in management/supervisory role in manufacturing plants in the food/beverage industry
- Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety as well as FDA/USDA
- Works well with management, peers and subordinates
- Experience managing in a union/non-union production environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations
- Strong ability to influence, provide leadership, work in a team environment or independently
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Good facilitation/training skills
- Ability to travel as needed
