Job Description
Ocean Spray is hiring a Production Manager to lead production teams and drive operational excellence. The role involves coordinating and providing leadership to processing, packaging, and FSQA teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and other computer programs as required
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
- Exposure to Total Quality Management concepts
- Strong ability to influence and provide leadership
