Superintendent- Financial Planning & Analysis

The FP&A Superintendent will lead site functions related to management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes for the Haile Gold Mine. They will manage a team responsible for Financial and Business Analysis, Capital Management, and site-based ERP functions. The role requires a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial, management accounting, and commercial experience within a listed mining company environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy or equivalent
• Membership with an Institute of Chartered Accountants preferred
• Minimum 10 years' financial, management accounting, and commercial experience within a listed mining company environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems
• Proven experience managing teams and relationships at a senior level
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity
