Job Description
We are seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist - Neurology Neuromuscular to join our team at Ochsner Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for medication management, patient education, and pharmacy expert content development.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
- Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice
- Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and retrieval of patient information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership/teaching skills
