Job Description
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role providing behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supporting clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any field from an accredited institution
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) license in state of practice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills and dexterity for data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism
- Knowledge of principles of Applied Behavior Analysis applicable to care and treatment of children with behavioral and developmental concerns
