We're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the NICU department. This role involves medication management, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and relevant experience. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency (3 years related specialty experience accepted in lieu of PGY1 Residency)
- Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice
- Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership/teaching skills
