Requirements
- Completion of a formal training program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Current registration with the National and Louisiana Registry of EMT's as an EMT/B
- Current class D license by the Louisiana DHH/EMS
- Valid license and registration
- Current Defensive Driving Certification
- 2 years current as a registered EMT/A, EMT-1 (preferred)
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
