Patient Access Rep Grove

We're seeking a Patient Access Rep to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a Patient Access Rep, you'll be responsible for greeting patients and guests, initiating scheduling and check-in processes, and verifying accurate identification and demographic data. You'll also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating and activating patient scheduling, and collecting co-pays and deductibles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a hospital, clinic, medical office, business services/revenue cycle, or other customer service-related environment
• Certification in Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM), Certification in Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA), or Certification as a Medical Assistant (or other medical specialty-based certification)
