Job Description
We're looking for a Pediatric Pharmacy Fellow to join our team at Ochsner Health. This 12-month fellowship will provide you with structure training and professional development opportunities in research, education, and advocacy to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College/School of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- PGY2 residency training, with emphasis in pediatric or medication safety (preferred)
