Pharmacist- OLGMC Inpatient Pharmacy- Full Time

We are seeking a Pharmacist to maintain and ensure complete and appropriate drug therapy in a multidisciplinary pharmaceutical care environment. The successful candidate will prepare, dispense, and verify medications, provide drug information and patient education, and monitor patient drug therapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
• Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice
• Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt behavior to specific patient populations
