Job Description
We're seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Ochsner Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will assess patients and safely perform routine radiographic procedures in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and protocols. You will also serve as a clinical mentor for junior staff and students.
Requirements
- Completion of an approved radiologic technology program
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry eligible
- Current unrestricted license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and travel throughout and between facilities
