RN Navigator - Interventional Radiology - Full Time - Mon. - Fri. (8am to 4:30pm) - Jeff Hwy. As a RN Navigator, you will be responsible for providing continuity of care by ensuring smooth transitions between care settings, developing relationships with patients and their multidisciplinary team, and managing high risk, complex patient care with the goal of minimizing readmission.

Requirements

• Registered nurse diploma
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
