RN- OR/Surgery - Ochsner Baptist - Fulltime

We are looking for a RN- OR/Surgery to work at Ochsner Baptist in New Orleans, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skills, good time management skills, and good interpersonal, leadership, and delegation skills. The role will involve effectively using the nursing process in the delivery of patient care, assessing learning needs, and implementing teaching strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for communicating, delegating, and managing nursing team resources.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Certification in clinical specialty area (preferred)
