Job Description
The Logistics & Warranty Operations Manager or Specialist is responsible for end-to-end coordination of outbound shipments and post-delivery warranty support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- Coordinate freight transportation for full truckload shipments
- Manage shipment systems and documentation
- Confirm delivery details and schedules with customers
- Resolve delays, manage rescheduling, and obtain proof of delivery documentation
- Maintain Mission Solar RMA and warranty logs
- Support Sales and customers as a field service advisor on warranty claims
- Serve as a technical liaison between Sales and Engineering
