Ocrolus is a business built around data. We're looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst to join our team to help create scalable data pipelines, translate into meaningful KPIs, and generate valuable insights.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in data analytics/engineering, data architecture, and process optimization
- Expertise in SQL, proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, and high level knowledge of Python
- Experience in building data pipelines from streaming platforms like Kafka and integrating it with Snowflake
- Strong experience with data architecture, process optimization, and ETL pipeline management
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring junior analysts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
