The Account Manager, Esports & Endurance (Payment Services Client) will lead Octagon's client business and day-to-day management of client programs, managing partnerships, events, and client relationships. The role involves developing knowledge of the client's sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives, managing approvals, and providing guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of agency/client service experience and/or marketing experience, ideally in sponsorship, sports, or entertainment
- Impressive work ethic with the initiative to consistently go above and beyond
- Positive demeanor, with a 'no job is too small' approach
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict timelines consistently
- Keen sense of business process and project management, understanding how sports sponsorship, event marketing, communications, and events are used impacts the bottom line and drives brand objectives
- Proven experience in client service, project management, experiential activation, and creative ideation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven expertise in crafting and delivering presentations that drive action and results
- Demonstrated strong judgment and professionalism when interacting with team members, clients and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
