Job Description
Join Octapharma as an Expert Payroll to process monthly payroll and salary statements, manage time recording systems, and administer employee agendas. The role requires a commercial training background, professional experience in payroll, and knowledge of labor law, MS Office, and BMD NTCS. German and English fluency are also necessary. The position is part of the HR department, which is responsible for all employee-related topics, including hiring, development, and exit.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with successful completion of the personnel accounting examination
- Several years of professional experience in the payroll area
- Fundamental knowledge of labor law
- Excellent IT knowledge (MS Office, BMD NTCS)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Independent and responsible working style
