Job Description
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our IT department in Vienna, AT. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with local IT teams and external service providers.
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of experience in leading IT projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical field
- In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructures: networks, servers, virtualization, cloud, identity & access, IT security
- Experience in classical and agile project management
- Understanding of compliance and quality requirements (e.g. GxP, validation, audit readiness)
- Expertise in collaboration with international, cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- Well-developed analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing
