Mental Health Therapist, 1099 - California, Oakland Clinic

Octave is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients in a collaborative, client-centered environment. Clinicians will work in-person and remotely out of the Oakland Clinic, building a caseload that offers virtual or in-person sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding access to mental health care, skilled in short-term evidence-based therapies, and adept at building strong therapeutic alliances.

Requirements

• LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PsyD
• Current License in California
• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
• Preferred 1 year of related post-license clinical experience required
• At least 2 years of experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
