As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for management of ground teams, supervision of operations, performance follow-up, recruitment and training, motivation of teams, internal communication, employee well-being, and coordination of activities.

Requirements

• 8 years of significant and successful experience in a team management position
• Ability to work effectively in a team while inspiring and motivating team members
• Time management and autonomy to prioritize tasks, respect deadlines, and manage effectively your time and that of your team
• Competence to lead and supervise technicians, planning hours, ensuring training, while maintaining clear and open communication with management
• Flexibility to react quickly to challenges, while maintaining a proactive and reflective approach to problem-solving
