Job Description
Octopus is looking for a TechOps Generalist to join their growing team. The role focuses on providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting issues, automating processes, and collaborating with other teams. The techOps team aims to build a modern, lean, and secure support system for Octopus's global workforce.
Requirements
- Experience with scripting, APIs and automation.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience supporting multiple teams and managing stakeholders.
- Understanding of identity provisioning and SSO technologies.
- Experience with network infrastructure like Cisco Meraki.
