The role involves analyzing market dynamics, developing complex models, and forecasting commercial impacts. A minimum of three years of industry experience is required, with expertise in data analytics and energy market forecasting platforms such as Plexos an advantage.
Requirements
- Strong background in data analytics or data science
- Analytical proficiency with experience in coding languages like Python, R, and data analytics technologies like SQL or Power BI
- Ability to consider complex market challenges in a broader commercial and investment context
- Experience in energy market forecasting platforms such as Plexos
- Understanding or experience in the energy industry
- Ability to present to and capture the imagination of people with analytical insights
- Ability to engage at a Senior Manager level with intermediate written and verbal communication
