Job Description
We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team in a rapidly growing fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical strategic vision and human leadership to support the growth of teams and ensure the excellence of SaaS platforms.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop developers
- Pilot technical recruitment and accompany integration
- Challenge architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security
- Structure and optimize DevOps practices
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Data teams
