Job Description
oculai is a HighTech Startup that monitors construction site productivity and progress with cameras and AI. We are looking for support directly at the side of the Founding Team to drive strategic projects, identify new growth levers, and implement important topics across teams.
Requirements
- Work directly with the Founding Team on strategic and operational priorities
- Take on your own projects end-to-end and bring them from analysis to implementation
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance
- Support the build-up and optimization of internal processes
- Observe competition, market movements, and relevant trends
- Support with recruiting and organizational topics
- Take on special projects with high relevance for management and company building
