Job Description
Odaseva is a fast-growing scale-up that helps global enterprises secure and manage their data. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will maintain and enhance critical backend systems, collaborate with Product Managers, and work closely with the Infrastructure team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field
- 7+ years of experience as a backend Developer in a professional environment, with a significant focus on PHP/Go/NodeJS/Python
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and demonstrating measurable impact on product performance or stability
- Deep expertise in non-framework development and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker) and Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Eagerness to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English
