Job Description
Supports revenue capture and charge reconciliation processes, optimizes charge capture process, and maintains charge description master.
Requirements
- Partner with directors of revenue related departments
- Maintain charge description master
- Manage team of revenue integrity analysts
- Perform daily charge and claim edit reviews
- Oversee maintenance of accounts requirement modifiers, condition codes and charge corrections
- Optimize charging/coding accuracy and compliance
- Provide education on CMS charging compliance and protocols
