Job Description
Registered Nurse - Antepartum - Nights - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Provide direct nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in the antepartum unit. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- BLS certification
- NRP and STABLE certification
- COAP and Suicide Prevention course
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
