Team Leader

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Blockchain recruitment desk, overseeing a team of up to five consultants, managing key client relationships, and driving performance through regular 1:1s and development plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within blockchain, crypto or tech
• Previous experience managing or mentoring consultants
• Hands-on approach: still billing and leading from the front
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Passion for emerging technologies and the Web3 ecosystem
