Software Development Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, developing functionalities autonomously within digital products or platforms, working with good development practices, testing, code review, and software maintenance
• Good knowledge of backend and/or frontend development in web environments, using technologies such as Java, Angular, and cloud platforms like AWS, as well as CI/CD tools (Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD) and observability/monitoring tools like Datadog
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, version control, and deployment environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical profiles
• Ownership mindset, quality orientation, and focus on continuous improvement
• Experience in the use of AI applied to software development, with the ability to use it critically, responsibly, and focused on improving efficiency, quality, and impact
• Excellent communication and organization skills, allowing you to work autonomously, add value without losing alignment and good team work
• Comfort working with changing or incomplete requirements
• Knowing how to ask the right questions to narrow down the problem and propose solutions without needing everything to be perfectly defined from the start
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions, estimate them critically, and anticipate technical risks before they become blockages
