Senior Associate, Ad Operations & Demand Partnerships is a technically grounded, hands-on role for an ad ops professional who has built and managed programmatic infrastructure — and who also brings direct experience identifying, connecting, and activating demand partners in the market.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital advertising with a strong emphasis on ad operations, programmatic platform management, or ad-tech.
- Hands-on, expert-level experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and SpringServe.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, connecting with, and activating programmatic demand partners — DSPs, trading desks, or programmatic-first agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Business-level English (written and verbal) required. Vietnamese fluency strongly preferred.
