Job Description
The Retail Assistant Store Manager at Office Depot plays a pivotal role in driving total sales and service growth within our stores. Additionally, your enthusiasm and expertise will help us create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhancing our store's visual and merchandising standards, freight, and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field
- 1–3 years related experience; retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and systems
- Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus
- Proven leadership: able to lead, coach, motivate, and manage conflict
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute
