Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of management experience, or equivalent skills gained through an internal development program
• Strong business acumen and sound judgment with proven people-management abilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and positively influence at all levels
