The Retail Team Lead is a part-time role providing ‘total solutions’ to customers encompassing Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.

Requirements

• Print Sales and Services: Responsibility in the Print function to support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.
• Client Engagement: Drives positive client satisfaction levels including coaching and training to associates to enhance the customer experience.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team.
