Retail Part Time Team Lead

The Retail Team Lead is a part-time role at Office Depot providing 'total solutions' to customers, building relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor. The Retail Team Lead will demonstrate a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, print, and other services/products offered to our customers.

Requirements

• Print Sales and Services: Responsibility in the Print function to support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.
• Client Engagement: Drives positive client satisfaction levels including coaching and training to associates to enhance the customer experience.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensuring the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team.
