Requirements

• Print Sales and Services: operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.
• Client Engagement: drive positive client satisfaction levels, coach and train associates to enhance the customer experience, and support community outreach initiatives.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team, and perform opening or closing responsibilities.
