Strategy and Capitalization MBA Intern

We are raising our Series B and looking for a sharp, self-directed MBA intern to be embedded directly within the fundraise process. You will work closely with the CFO and executive team, owning critical workstreams from day one.

Requirements

• First- or second-year MBA candidate
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or corporate development strongly preferred
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and operating with limited oversight in a fast-moving environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; fluency with Excel and PowerPoint is a baseline requirement
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to experiment with vibe coding and AI-assisted research - prior experience is a plus but not required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; you take ownership of your workstreams and don’t let things fall through the cracks
• Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive, confidential information
