Claims Manager

The Claims Manager is responsible for coverage analysis, investigation, negotiation, and the resolution of general liability matters across the U.S., with a particular focus on New York construction claims. The role involves leading and managing a team of Claims Specialists and working closely with senior management to implement strategies that align with company goals.

Requirements

• Review and analyze coverage on policies
• Determine potential subrogation and fraud within complex cases
• Provide timely updates to senior management and underwriting
• Travel to various locations to provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Manage, mentor, and develop Claims Specialists
• Establish and enforce best practices, workflows, and claim-handling standards across the team
• Assist in setting strategy and direction for complex, high-exposure claims
