Job Description
Join a seasoned team of insurance claims professionals as a Claims Adjuster for Casualty claims. Investigate, evaluate, and adjust all casualty claim assignments. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make data driven decisions independently required.
Requirements
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust all casualty claim assignments.
- Communicate with insured, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, obtain related necessary information to determine coverage/compensability, facts of loss.
- Maintain Company policy/reputation of fair prompt and equitable settlements.
- Handle claim related inquiries from agents and serve as an extension of Company’s marketing efforts by providing quality claim service.
- Provide feedback to Underwriting on current risk selection
- Comply with all state regulations and guidelines
- Maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements
