Global Casualty Claims Lead

The Global Casualty Claims Lead is responsible for ensuring the precise implementation of the Reinsurance program, optimizing the reinsurance asset through creative approaches, and upholding strong client relationships. The role requires expertise in managing high-risk and high-value claims, with experience in insurance, legal, and claims management. The position involves representing the company in industry forums, managing a portfolio of claims, and driving knowledge sharing across the claims and product teams.

Requirements

• Significant exposure to managing high risk and/or high value claims
• Involvement with relevant industry groups
• Management experience with claims management experience
• Moderate experience in insurance
• Legal experience in an insurance setting
