Job Description
We're looking for a Head Chef who breathes our philosophy: forward-thinking, unapologetically original, with a strong and creative vision for food. Someone who's not afraid to experiment, who knows how to move people through flavour and experience – and who can make our kitchen just as rebellious as the rest of the hotel.
Requirements
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team while fostering a positive work culture
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and meeting/event catering with creativity and precision
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to health, safety, and brand standards (including HACCP)
- Regularly refresh menus with original ideas and contribute to F&B revenue growth
- Manage stock, place orders, and calculate food costs
- Plan rosters, onboard new team members, and provide training
