Duty Management Intern Aug./Sept. 2026

Join us as Duty Management Intern at Sapphire House Antwerp! We are looking for a warm and helpful communicator who can provide excellent service to our guests. As a Duty Manager Trainee, you will work closely with guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries, especially when VIP guests are in the hotel lobby.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of a 24/7 hotel environment, including weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Top-notch English language skills, with knowledge of a second language a plus.
• Quality and guest orientation, stress resistance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
