Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our team at The Den,'s-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. As an intern, you will be responsible for providing a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests, handling complaints, and promoting hospitality within our hotel standards.
Requirements
- Providing a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests at all time.
- Handling complaints.
- Maximizing room occupancy and using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Promote hospitality within our hotel standards.
