Office Coordinator (part-time)

The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our workspace organized, functional, and full of positive energy. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role suited for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and is passionate about supporting people and maintaining an efficient office.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Confident using tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Comfortable working with external parties
• Proactive mindset and ability to assist others
