Job Description
OEM Logistics, LLC is seeking a Supplier Specialist with a passion for manufacturing and aerospace industry to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and expertise in supply chain management and production control.
Requirements
- US citizenship required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Production Control, and Shop Floor Management
- Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles, Risk Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, PDCA preferred
- Strong Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong independent decision-making skills, excellent analytical skills and professional judgment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs required
